Bo came recommended by my previous real estate agent. At the time that I began looking for a house, I was very unsure of the location I wished to look in, and I tended to be indecisive at times. Bo was so helpful and patient with me and was understanding of my need to have ample time to make decisions. When I was finally able to nail down my location, Bo made himself available anytime I had questions and was able to very quickly get me into all the houses I wanted to view. For what can sometimes be a very stressful process, Bo was able to make the negotiation and closing a breeze. We ended up with a beautiful house in a great location! Bo did an awesome job selling our home. Honestly, I was surprised at how quickly it sold and how close to the asking price we got. I attribute that to Bo. He is a great negotiator with a ton of experience. Not only that, but he goes over and beyond. He uses a fantastic photographer to really showcase the home and make it pop. He uses a drone so that potential buyers can see an aerial view. He does more than what I think most real estate agents do, by means of promoting and marketing a property. He is also honest and gives great feedback. He doesn't set you up for unrealistic expectations, but he does push very hard for you to get what you want. You really can't ask for more when it comes to an agent.
Bo was very knowledgeable about the real estate market. He was very prompt in returning my calls. Bo helped tremendously in the bidding process. Saved me from overbidding one property and helped with the purchase of my current home, which was a foreclosure. The one thing I appreciated the most is that he showed me all properties available and not just the ones his company was listing. He placed my needs ahead of his bottom line. I will be using him exclusively for all my real estate transactions in the future.
Bo helped me buy my home on the water. I was fully comfortable paying the asking price, as I felt the property was in demand. We spoke at least once a week to review any activity and discuss other options for marketing and advertising. He is very open to any suggestions that the homeowner may have to advertise the property. They are very efficient in social media which can really help get a property in the eyes of potential clients that may not have seen it before.
